You'll need to correct the second video before joining the two together.
Possibly a mp4 or 3pg header editor can do it. Yet I don't know of any. Haven't had such a problem in many years.
It's the cameras "orientation" that's the problem. And it it didn't write it correctly in the file header.

@DeWayfarer it was fine from the camera , both videos came out properly but joining them together another story , already converted them from AVI to MP4's , tried other joining programs , same stuff , the second video comes out sideways when they're together

@FurryFace yeah I know. It's still the orientation flag in the file format.
It's a trick situation. Because your phone knows which is up and down yet the file doesn't. A lot of early cellphones with cameras had the same problem.
It's also why there's a image rotation option on your photo album on here. Images had the same problems even as late as 2016.

@DeWayfarer not the still image Pics but the videos and only the second one in joining them together , the first Video is always fine its always the second one to join and in play back afterwards the second one is always sideways , it wasn't always like this like i'd bet if i took two of my web cam videos and joined them the whole video would wind up being fine its just the second one from the Flip phone for some reason

@FurryFace your webcam doesn't have orientation. So of course there is no problem. Only cellphones have it. Yet if the flags are not set correctly they simply won't sync. It's a OS software problem that might correct itself the next time you do a OS software update.
BTW you might want to do just that from your settings.
