Do you like being the centre of attention?

Growing up I was always taught to dress well and appropriately to any occasion.
That meant my uniform had to be clean and pressed with spray starch.
Birthdays and celebrations I needed to be immaculate.
And although I may be going out casually my clothes were never thread bare or discoloured.

Consequently I developed a reputation for being "glamorous, stylish, classy, posh, rich!"

I like to look good and try different things.
But it's not to my detriment.
Now you would think with all that being said I would love for people to look and compliment.
But actually I really don't like it when it's gushing and over the top.
A simple 'you look nice' is sufficient.

I'm like regular people if they're having their photo taken it would be nice to have others reciprocate and take one of me too.
But I also won't go out my way and demand for you to take my photo and do a modelling shoot.

But I find those around me often ask or ill take their photo without question but they don't offer to take mine.

And if they do they make such a thing about it I end up with the eyes and attention of others and I end up feeling incredibly self conscious and over the top. Which makes me feel Incredibly uncomfortable.

Is it too much to ask in this selfie taking, world to have one photo taken without the drama!?
