That sucks. I was at the grocery store and their system went down. No debit, no EBT or WIC. Just cash,check or credit.

I use EBT and i have no cash, no money in my account to withdrawl from the atm to use cash and my credit cards are maxxed out. I had to leave my cart behind. No groceries for me today

sorry to hear that in high insight i think the moral of this tale is too keep a small amount of cash at home. on the slim possibilty something like this happens nothing is beyond going wrong from time to time [moonchildxx]

That happens when the system gets overwhelmed by customers. They changed some things about 10 years ago due to that. Such as staggering the paydays of SS recipients and Snap benefit receipients so not too many would shop all on the same day.
