@SW-User what am I doing in the dreams when you dream of me?

@SW-User Well, I only REMember two of them (see what I did there? REM sleep).
The first dream we were traveling, by train somewhere, and we ended up in a field. The strange thing about it was that once we entered this field it felt as though we were entering into a wormhole or something, and that this field was in a completely different location than the location that was a few steps before the field. We were doing something very significant in the field and I cannot remember what. Then everything suddenly shifted to you and I parting ways, and I remember very quickly warning you about a person that you were in a relationship with. He was not a good man and I was trying to get you to see that. From what I vaguely remember, you already suspected or felt that, but didn't completely know. I have no idea what year this was supposed to be in the dream.
The second dream was last night. You and I were sitting on the bed just having very deep conversations and I remember you giving me two (maybe more) highly creative gifts that you made me.
There were far more details to both of these dreams, but that is all I remember at the moment. I hate when I can't remember all of the details to a dream, but this is normally how it is for me.
