Would you count 3pm as a late lunch are very early dinner?

So let’s say someone woke up at 5 AM and then they ate breakfast at six am. Also their lunch would be at 11 or at 11:30. Would 3pm be too early for lunch?
I think dinner should start at 5pm. For my opinion 3 or 4pm is too early.
