@FurryFace Could make chicken salad sandwiches, chicken fried rice, chicken enchiladas or chicken soft tacos, chopped barbecue chicken for sandwiches, chicken fettuccine, chicken pilaf, sliced chicken sandwiches, chopped chicken to top a pizza along with some onions and hot sauce, etc. I have made 3 different things from one good sized roast chicken.
