How do you deal with being let down?

I tell myself sometimes this is what happens in life. Relying on others is always fraught with the possibility of disappointment.
Plus I always have a plan B.

why are they letting me down, it shouldn't ruin my life. my night. seems meaningless

By being Independent and not co-dependent on anyone.

I lift myself back up and get on with it.

i just never have any expectations ever😌
