Do men like women who wear false lashes, acrylic nails and use extensions or does that scare them away?

I do all these things andi wonder if it's a turnoff. The reason i wear extensions is because my eating disorder ruined my hair so i use them to make it appear fuller

I don’t wear them myself, but I think most men actually like that sort of thing. If men truly are being scared away from you, don’t be so quick to assume it’s something you need to change about yourself. Maybe it’s not you at all.
