Are you a forgiver ?

I am, no matter how someone treats me like shit or hurts me, I always forgive, but I never forget and I set some boundaries to not get hurt again after I gave them chances that they blew🤷‍♀️

Its not keeping a grudge, it's protecting myself 🙂

I never understand this answer. I know what people are trying to say but that is not forgiveness by my understanding. Forgiveness is a reset. I agree that agregeious acts should not be forgotten or forgiven. But that one should let it go and not seek retribution. I suppose that's what people mean when they say forgive but not forget?
