What would you do if you had $900 million?

invest it properly and become a billionaire. Most charities are rip offs. The good ones will make themselves known. It would be wiser to invest the entire package and then donate to charity with the dividends and profits.

Finally break contact with my family, gets slightly bigger apartment, maybe eat a little more luxurious, take some news website subscriptions. Just small things really.

The rest I'll donate to charity, probably mostly individuals who became the victim of capitalism, and maybe a political party that really wants to change politics drastically.

Open a home for adults with developmental disabilities.

Start a foundation, to help our people here.

start a real homeless center. where you take them in and give them a full medical exam and get them settled and find out what they need to have a full life. ..a home, college, job...what ever it need be. then go on the the next group of people. until no one is homeless anymore.

Give away most of it..
And still live exceptionally well..
Nice home, cars, travel..

I'd have a nice big ranch for rescue animals , horses, cats, dogs, goats, donkeys, cows...
With a veterinarian clinic in house..

I'd be very happy living like that.

I would give some to my family, donate to smaller struggling charities and then I would buy a beautiful house for myself in a different country.

Give some to friends and family, donate to charity, buy or build a house in my dream location. Buy a few houses over seas. Travel.

That would be more than I could spend if I tried

Get retired.

I would set up my 401 for retirement, invest enough to supply me with spending money till I could dip into my 401, set up a trust for each of my children and grandchildren and then give the rest away as fast as I could.

Invest some atleast to bird, other animal sanctuaries. Otherwize ride out the storm a little easier.

Bank it and live off the interest LOL.
Of course take care of family first.
