@Carlisle I usually give a warning. If they do it again then I would do that. But I'm more forgiving. One of my weaknesses.
Carlisle · F
@ScarletWitch 🙂no that’s actually a great level headed response.
Iv got people in my life that don’t understand my boundaries so I’m no longer friends with them anymore.

SW-User
I don't like people in my space for that reason . But nosy fuckers absolutely not. That's low class and lacking manners and integrity. I myself would never.
Mellowgirl · 31-35, F
@SW-User agreed!
ScarletWitch · 26-30, F
Yes it's weird when people do this. I had one girl look into my fridge. I had a huge mess in my bathroom because I wasn't ready. And they got there an hour early. I don't like it. I don't think I even let them in. I opened the door and they let themselves in. Not friends anymore.
Mellowgirl · 31-35, F
@ScarletWitch good for you.
It has definitely made me reconsider this person and not in a very favourable way.
ScarletWitch · 26-30, F
@Mellowgirl it's definitely invading personal space
leowander · M
You are far more uptight than Tori Spelling. At her estate sale in Studio City, California, we were allowed to walk through the entire house and open up all the drawers. Everything was for sale.
MonaReeves86 · 36-40, F
Why was she bankrupt @leowander
leowander · M
@MonaReeves86 I don't know the details. She probably spent too much money.
MonaReeves86 · 36-40, F
@leowander and hasn’t paid her taxes

@Stereoguy I am so embarrassed for you.
I cannot believe they would do that, do people have no shame?

Out of curiosity, do they still talk to you at all?

GunFinger · F
@Stereoguy that's terrible, Stereo. I can't believe there are people who are thick faced.
WillaKissing · 56-60
Heck even just looking in your cupboards seems weird to me. Sorry, I would not have let that intrusion to go on long at all if that were my place and guest. Guest can be uninvited just as fast as they were invited.
GunFinger · F
Wow that's not good. I hate when people do that. I haven't come across anyone doing it, but came across some people who opened the fridge. I don't like them instantly.
Mellowgirl · 31-35, F
@GunFinger me either I think it's bad manners.
That's very inappropriate. An invasion of privacy.
I saw where someone had filled their bathroom cabinet and cupboards with golf balls and marbles, in anticipation of the problem houseguest.
SW-User
I never like that. I don't want people to open my drawers and search or look around for things. If they want something they can ask for it.
LandOfOz · 61-69, M
That is so strange for guests to do that
Carissimi · 70-79, F
That’s out of order.
Mellowgirl · 31-35, F
@Carissimi indeed it is! Incredibly!
Iwillwait · M
Lol!

I would send them away.
That’s not cool. Basic good manners should keep someone from doing that. My friends have left me alone in their home with their pets when they had a family emergency out of town, because they know they can trust me. Frankly, I don’t want to know their private business, y’know ? I don’t need to know stuff like that.
Mellowgirl · 31-35, F
@bijouxbroussard Well I wonder if it is because he is older than me? He thinks he has a right to do as he pleases.
Either way I've not let him back.
He thought it was funny.
@Mellowgirl I’m older than my friends, but I respect their privacy. It is a question of respecting boundaries, and it doesn’t sound like he does. It’s wise not to invite him again.
Mellowgirl · 31-35, F
@bijouxbroussard I don't really understand what possess anyone to behave in such a way.
I really didn't appreciate it.
I guess it's different people really. He got too familiar!
InstructHer · 56-60, M
Strange behaviour.
Montanaman · M
What nerve! 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️🙅‍♀️

That's really sad
Mellowgirl · 31-35, F
@deadgerbil I know this but it didn't say why we peak through it!
deadgerbil · 22-25
@Mellowgirl I find it funny how people want to look through everything as if it's theirs lol

Imagine leaving a note telling those people, who happen across it while rummaging through your stuff, that says "mind your own business" lol
MonaReeves86 · 36-40, F
I used to do that when I was a kid touch my friends stuff I didn’t have what they had so I would touch their stuff but I don’t do that anymore I just use my eyes to do that now
