There used to be a candy bar called Marathon, which was chocolate-covered caramel. My favorite. Haven't been made for years.

@Dlrannie No, it isn't like a Snickers bar — that's the same, more or less, in the UK and the US.

@DunningKruger All I can say is that a Snickers Bar was originally called a Marathon Bar in the UK until 1990 😂

@Dlrannie Yes, but the UK Marathon was different from the US Marathon. I think they may have called them Curly Wurlies in the UK?

@Dlrannie But we had Snickers bars at the same time we had Marathon bars—here they were not the same thing.
