No! Absolutely not. I have been on morphine through some of the 11 major surgeries I had, and all it did was make me mentally revisit hidden war memories combing them to where I had to tell the doctors I had to stop using it because it put me right back at war mentally. Just no.

@Warewolfgal94 If you are on that might side then just had it done. That is a really simple and safe procedure. I had my in the line of duty accident and was transported and told Hey we have to do this surgery, or you may be paralyzed from the waist down and it may not work, we will find out when you awake afterwards. That is fricken scarry, and when you wake up in war in your mind that was hell.

@Warewolfgal94 Nope. But make sure they give you a medication that does not make you vomit post-surgery when you wake up. Nothing worse than vomiting post-surgery especially with an abdomen surgery.
