I'm this 👌close from getting a promotion.. And, I'm starting to think that I don't want it 🤔

@ASLAN yes, and not just for the money but the title and new experiences you can use to get a different, or a better, job. It’s about the later more than the now.

@ASLAN would not be the right move. But depending on the company, the industry and size of the company it might not make any difference if you say no. But it can only benefit you if you think it’s a good move and your not being used as a higher ups scapegoat.

@nonsensiclesnail well, it's a growing company.. And I'll be a supervisor over a small group.. Watch over their work and do mine as well + taking responsibility of their mistakes 😅... It's just my older job + babysitting 🤷‍♂️

@ASLAN babysitting is the proper term for people management. Congratulations!! Make your expectations clear. Don’t micromanage. Expect them to take responsibility of their projects. You will do great.
