Can people with certain ailments get a handicap sign for their vehicle?
Or do you have to actually be on disability?

I had a Disability parking permit for a couple of years, mainly so I could access the parking at work. No actual disability benefits there. After that time I was able to walk and manage the stairs in the lot again.馃樂
