Bad driving lesson experiences

Yep. I was learning to drive in the high school course. My mother insisted my father take me out to practice, which he didn't want to do but grudgingly agreed to. He was mad and intimidating me. Long story short, he thought I was taking too long at an intersection and urged me to go just when another vehicle hove into site. He yelled stop but I was so nervous I pressed on the accelerator instead of hitting the brake and rammed the vehicle. Nobody hurt and relatively minor damage to the vehicles. But it was my father's brand new Chevy, only a week or so since he bought it, his first brand new car since he had gotten married.

Not quite as bad as a classmate who went for his first driving license. He and the inspector got into the car that was diagonally parked on the street, and the inspector said "back out". He did, without looking, hitting another car. Inspector said "come back again in 6 months".

Actually no 🤔 I just got in a car one day & started driving. It just came naturally I guess I never really had to learn
