Why am I having only "period clots" ?

I've always had heavy menstrual bleeding with no clots, but since my last 2 periods I'm only having a lot of large period clots and very little bleeding. During this I feel like fainting and feel unwell. What could be the reasons? (Also having a lot of hairfall)
P.s. I've been taking acne medications since 3 months. Could this be a reason too?
Don't tell me to see a doctor as I'll be going for an ultrasound next month.

Perimenopause can begin as early as your 30s. It's most likely due to fibroids in your uterus, which are treatable.
Glad you're seeing a Doctor to find out for sure.

Another thing; thinning hair on women can be due to stress, heredity, and new medications..once again, discuss these things when you go in for your exam.

@SW-User Also a symptom of acne medications

@Girlygirl Yes, so discuss it with your doc on your appointment. Write these things down if you need to. It helps Doctors when a patient is proactive in their care and treatment plan.

Had the same issue. Turned out to be polyps in my uterus that had to be removed as well as adenomyosis

@Jenny1234 How did you get them removed? By medications or procedure?
Jenny1234 · 51-55, F
@Girlygirl a procedure where the doctor went through the vagina into the uterus with a device that sucks the polyps out. She had to test the polyps to confirm they did not have any precancerous cells. It was quite an easy procedure.
Menopause could be the reason.
I had a large tumour in my womb that caused some of those symptoms.lucky it was benign. I had a hysterectomy age 46. Hope your ok x

It's possible that clotting is a symptom of endometriosis. It's also possible that it will stop doing that on it's own.
