Yeah occasionally a salt and vinegar crisp sandwich is lovely. Or even better is hot fried chips in a bun ( called a chip buttie) with salt and vinegar.

I used to do that but not so much anymore. There are days though...when I just want comfort food and revert to the old sammy.

Crisps as we call them...a pure crisp sandwich is delicious!

Ages ago, when I was much younger, I’d make chunky peanut butter sandwiches with Ruffles potato chips.

Now I eat a lot of grilled chicken or tuna on a low carb wrap. Protein is good for you, carbs and sugar not so much…

Why overwhelm your meal with carbs.
Between bread and chips, I would just pick one. There usually isn't high nutritional value for either one.
