Ladies, how many of you got skin laser treatment done for acne scars? What are the laser benefits and the side-effects that you experienced?

I didn't get lasered for scars, but I did get lasered for these weird itchy growths on my neck. There were a LOT of them, and they weren't all skin tags. One or two were black. The doctor burned them off all at once. If I had ANY idea how much it would hurt afterward I would have taken some extra strength Tylenol beforehand, and I would have had a tube of antibiotic pain relieving cream out in the car.
