Do you find those who are serious about their work intimidating?

A few of my coworkers find me that way as I am serious about my work and have a strong resting face. I also do not stroke egos or play games. I think that is why a few are not fans of me.

@DunningKruger I'm nonjudgemental. I just focus on my craft and my clients. I tend to keep to myself.
