Why do autistic adults get yelled at but not autistic children?

If an adult on the autism spectrum does something stupid and very unforgivable, would you yell at them?
I mean they should get called out like everyone else. I know most autistic people are sensitive and don’t like yelling but would you yell at them anyways. Autistic adults are like any other adults so you should cuss them out when they’re wrong. Doesn’t matter about their feelings.
