Is caring on the Internet a waste of time?

Here's the thing ...people forget there are real people on the other side of that screen...sometimes it helps and sometimes it's a waste of time ...it really depends

No I met my ex online and we were together for four years. We were in different countries but we visited each other at least twice a year. Upto a month at times. And we’d Skype every night. We stayed on Skype every night too that was super cute.
Then the pandemic happened and fucked shit up.

I'd say no. You can just try. If they mess up, it's on them but I am being me. I care for people. That's how I am.

No way. I connect better with those online. You just have to keep your circle small & invest wisely. Of course you're going to get burnt every now and then. I met a couple of the most intregal people in my life here actually.
