I think i may have drank a bit too much tonight.

I'm really not supposed to drink because I do have an issue with my liver probably because of my binge drinking past but every now and then I don't care and drink. I think I overdid it a bit tonight. Got the heartrate in check but man oh man it feels like my insides in my stomach are rubbed down in icy hot.
