Utah's most corrupt cop Melissa Pettingill

With tens of thousands of hours of driving in Northern Utah I have always been treated fairly by law enforcement, until last week. Logan PD officer Melissa Pettingill is the bad apple we all worry about encountering on the road. She made up a completely fictional traffic infraction and treated me like a criminal. I'm not going to mis-judge the entire LPD because of one corrupt officer but I want to warn other drivers to look out for this disgrace of a "cop".
