Want to know some bs? My cardiologist scheduled me for an appointment on Christmas eve and now im arguing with the staff.
When the appointment was made I double checked and asked if they were for sure open that day. I was told yes. When I showed up lights off,doors locked nobody else in the parking lot. I called and called no answer and left a voicemail. What happens to me? I get a no show put onto my online chart when I did show.
I called today and told them and I was told they were closed. I asked why I was told differently and why did nobody reach out and catch the mistake before the holiday. I said I wasn't making another appointment and I wasn't paying any no show fee either. I wanted my test results over the phone because I was not wanting to make a new appointment.
I sent over a screenshot of the notice in my online chart as proof.
This isn't the first time I've had to fight with the staff. A few years ago when I had my heart attack and was out on medical leave I had to fight them on filling out paperwork because it was messing with my livelihood. Never mess with someone's money and job.
