Why are children’s lives are more precious than us adults?

That’s what my sister in law (my brother’s wife) told me. She gave me this lecture that kids are so precious and their lives mean a lot more then ours. That’s why it’s our responsibility as adults to teacher them about live and they’re way more important and I need to look after them carefully and interact with them. Wow she really made me think about it. She knows how to make me feel bad for what I did wrong. So annoying.
