What do you find inspiring? How do you translate that inspiration in your life?

I recently read a monstrous tome of works by Pablo Neruda. 900+ pages, comprising the bulk of his works. I found it to be quite inspiring and after a few hours of reading I would sit down and write something myself. My last 3 poetic compositions came about in that manner. Generally music does it for me. Been listening to a lot of the post rock genre in recent years.

He is divine. He makes my poetry look like prose. Not fit to touch the hem of his cloak.

@DanielChristensen: If he inspires you than you are far and beyond most. :)
