Iβm currently helping my mom out after my dad passed away. I was there for him as well. The thing of it is, though, that I didnβt start a family of my own. When people go and have their own children, their focus and energy is on the family they created. Thatβs how it goes. Really, itβs how it should be. Yes, itβd be nice if they took care of their elderly parents as well, but theyβre adults. Theyβd survived to that point. Some of them do need help, but overall they arenβt helpless. βGetting old isnβt for sissies,β Iβve heard plenty of them say.

Every old person was young once, they all know that life gets in the way, if someone has to constantly cater to their parents all the time they will get nowhere in life

It's a sad story,we need to reciprocate their feelings ,and be a provider for them in their old age .
That's the law of karma .
