Sometimes I have a very acute sense of smell like a dog

I can smell almost everything in a room or when I'm outside i can smell things from a distance.

It's not all the time but i get moments where my sense of smell is hypersensitive.

To the point where bad odors become physically uncomfortable, intrusive and repulsive.
