Yes,if they lie and deceive in order to further their own interests,on a level which affects us all.How could anyone answer differently?

If its a family member or a friend, I would suggest or advise they don't make certain decisions, but ultimately its up to them whether or not they listen.

As for the rest of society, what they do with their lives is not my concern, nor should what I do with my life be of any concern to others outside the circle of my family and friends.
