No need to watch the video. I have probably experienced one of the worst cases.
What my own siblings did to our mom was completely unexcusable. They pretty much insured her death in a untimely way.

@Muldoon totally different situation though with me.
I am the youngest by so much that two of my siblings had kids older than me. Hard to argue on your mother's behalf when you have three such much older siblings. The next youngest is 16 years older than me.
In such situations the "majority" wins. And in this case the "majority" was totally wrong.
She pleaded with ALL of us to let her stay with me at least until after Christmas! And they all refused!
Such a simple request! Such a heartless reaction! And none other than myself stayed to see her pass on.
She lasted two weeks in a convalescent hospital. She passed away Dec 23rd 2001. And the conditions there were deplorable! 馃槩
Wasn't anywhere near my father's situation, where he needed morphine because of cancer to control the pain.
I actually pleaded with the insurance company to put him there! The insurance company was refusing. Yet none of my half siblings would help in the slightest! Not even a phone call.
He lasted three days. He passed away Feb 13th 1990 painlessly. And the place was very sympathetic. Even called me two hours before they thought he would pass away.
All my half siblings where totally and completely heartless in both situations!!! 馃槨
No empathy! No sympathy! Even in the place they forced her into. The least cheapest place they could put her into while maximizing the inheritance.
Sure she didn't have much. Yet my father had nothing but the insurance and a worthless mobile home. Was forced to just let the mobile park take it over because no one would buy it.
And they still wouldn't help!
