How long till we can be 100 that the vaccine is safe?

It doesn't seem as good as it was meant to be because we all have to have boosters now, apparently. If the whole thing was just to make it seem as if we were doing something useful, thats OK, but only if in a few years people DON'T start having babies born with health problems.

Influenza has been around since the dawn of civilization, and at present count, kills about 600,000 a year. The vaccine for is has been around nearly 100 years now, and it's not "100%" effective nor safe either...

So for all these people that think covid will simply "go away", or that these fear mongerers will develop some magical cure, stop deluding yourselves ffs...
