How long till we can be 100 that the vaccine is safe?

It doesn't seem as good as it was meant to be because we all have to have boosters now, apparently. If the whole thing was just to make it seem as if we were doing something useful, thats OK, but only if in a few years people DON'T start having babies born with health problems.

You can't ever be 100% sure on an individual level. Severe side effects are incredibly rare, but they do happen. The only way to know you're not a one in a hundred million unlucky person is by taking it and experiencing no major negative effects.

Other than that, the basic technology is over 2 decades old so we can be pretty sure about how rare long term damage is for the population or average person.
