How long till we can be 100 that the vaccine is safe?

It doesn't seem as good as it was meant to be because we all have to have boosters now, apparently. If the whole thing was just to make it seem as if we were doing something useful, thats OK, but only if in a few years people DON'T start having babies born with health problems.

i mean. for a very materialistic perspective, as everything runs on money: do you think hospitals would risk getting sued? why would they offer it if they knew the vaccine was shit? yeah, there have been mistakes. but also successes. chances are this is going to be a regular part of human life. our population size has reached an unnatural level and we are bridging human life with medical technology.
