How long till we can be 100 that the vaccine is safe?

It doesn't seem as good as it was meant to be because we all have to have boosters now, apparently. If the whole thing was just to make it seem as if we were doing something useful, thats OK, but only if in a few years people DON'T start having babies born with health problems.

@BlueVeins but in a few years you could develop complications.

@IndigoSavage The mRNA from the vaccine isn't even in my body anymore. It ain't doin' dick; the only thing that's left is the new knowledge my cells' immune system have.

@BlueVeins Want to bet that the mRNA only created a transient antibody? I would take you bet since in order to get your body to create that antibody the vax had to do some things that you probably won't like as you take your third and fourth and fifth and sixth booster. I had the disease. A mild cold and now unlike the jabbed I have full immunity.

@hippyjoe1955 The process by which the mRNA vaccine induces the production of antibodies is pretty simple and not at all scary. All it does is tell the cells in my arm muscle to produce some chunks of spike protein, which then get targeted and analyzed by my immune system. It's relatively similar to what happened in your body when you got infected, except without the risk of long-term lung & olfactory damage.

I had two friends who had COVID-19. One of them suffered sepsis as a result and had to be hospitalized. She was unconscious for so long that the ring on her finger got stuck; treatment caused her to gain weight and her flesh grew around the damn thing so bad that the damn ring had to be broken. The other friend's sense of smell got so critically fucked up that she couldn't go anywhere near fried food for MONTHS without genuinely wanting to vomit. It smelled like rotting meat to her. I'm glad to hear that you got through it ok, but not all of us are so lucky.

And unlike you, I'm going to still have immunity in a year, since I'm going to get the booster and you're not. Unless you plan on getting the virus over and over again, which if that's your plan, enjoy living in hell for the rest of your life lmao
