Today, by getting off this site and finding the good things in life. I can't deal with lots of complaining.

Just little things. Today it was a new lotion - chamomile and lavender. 😌 I’ll light a candle, dig out a book to fall into, play a song that touches me or a movie I enjoy, look for funny pictures or read about life somewhere distant because I like that sort of thing. There is much I love about being alive - I just take a little time to focus on that.

I give someone an unexpected gift. I went shopping today, and gave my next door neighbor 1/4 of a watermelon. She wanted some last week and didn't get it, so she was really tickled. It only cost me .99 cents, but her smile was worth far more!!!
