Anyone in Mid-Atlantic US, experiencing slow, locked up, dropped and just at times unusable service from SW?

It’s so frustrating and very inconvenient. I have to constantly refresh and clear history and web site data. I have ran internet speed checks and every other site works fine. Only SW, gives me problems. This happened a lot, months ago and some complained.

This place is a mess. I suspect the recent "improvements" are actually simplifications because SW is going broke. This happened at EP too.
