Anyone in Mid-Atlantic US, experiencing slow, locked up, dropped and just at times unusable service from SW?

It’s happening now, as it does every time I log on. I change screens, and it tells me I’m offline. @Oster1

@stratosranger I tried that too and at times it worked but slowed connection speed on other sites too.

I guess the Oster Cos, need to get into the Internet Service Provider business as well! We know how to make a long lasting, quality product!😉

@KimmyGary I have the highest speed available and Google Speed Check, validates that. You are right, SW, didn’t load. Now, it’s the same problems but I do connect but it just sits idle and just hangs. 😊

@Oster1 algorithm got changed.

@4meAndyou Thank you! I looked for a complaint and didn’t see his reply. I just don’t understand. Last time, it was five weeks of problems and this has been going on for weeks again, this time. SW is the only site that does this. I have a high speed connection. It does the same at my office too.😊🌷
