I got told this at work by a co worker during a conversation with another one, she was listening in like a snoop and said this to me lol. 😂

Tell her to mind her own business. I think that's pretty creepy of [i]her[/i], to go nosing around in other people's conversations. Is that all she has to do, in her extra time? That's what she gets for snooping.
Now this would be different, if your group was standing within earshot of a group of ladies, where they may catch wind of a line or two, but this doesn't sound like the situation. If not, that means she went out of her way to walk across the room, to listen in. If this was the case, the next time she decides to stroll over, smile real big and act happy to see her, quickly pulling up a chair, and say, "Hey!! I saved you a ringside seat!" I doubt she'll come back.
