@JimFarris16 Some people do use that form of harassment in a real way. Imagine if I have a really big butt and every time I go into the break room a couple of the guys start talking about how they like big butts and I know that they are doing it because they are looking at me while they're saying it because I have a big butt. This can make a person extremely uncomfortable and it is definitely harassment so it's not silly that overhearing conversations can be considered harassment even though you might not have been doing that. That is why that protection exsists.
