What would be the advantage and disadvantage of living in a mansion?

Advantage - play my music as loud whenever

Disadvantage - cleaning those rooms! 😩

It would probably take an hour to vacuum the whole house from top to bottom.

Pro: There will be enough room for your in-laws
Con: There will be enough room for your in-laws

I am selling one right now. Custom furniture made for the house. Bought it at action for $300,000.00. With the custom furniture this property is for sale at $1,300, 000.00.

Down side, way to big, way to expensive to heat and cool. All of the mechanical elements are 120 years old or more.

Lead paint, so on and so forth.

If I get $700,000.00 I’ll be pleased.

So much space/too much space

The advantage would be all those rooms to decorate. Every single room would be an island to itself. The disadvantage is the maintnance and cleaning.

Disadvantage- too much to clean and decorate

Advantage - lots of room for my family and friends and I can sleep in peace and quiet without listening to my kids’ loud music or loud bantering while playing video games. And I would be able to keep my windows open without my neighbour’s marijuana smoke coming into my house all day ever day

Have a home cinema ,have a snooker and pool room ,have a room for fishing gear and making traces up ,swimming pool and Sauna and Steam room and a gym

Advantage... all the space i could ever want or need.

Disadvantages... expensive to buy, clean and maintain.

not being able to make mortgage probably be the biggest thing

The advantage is a room for guests. The dissadvantage is cleaning a large house is so hard and tiring. I guess hiring a housekeeper is an option. I prefer small houses.
