Are you a sympathetic person? Be honest

I’ll be blunt, I’m NOT. I am a kind person but I am not sympathetic. If you ask for sympathy to get out of trouble or your screw ups or whatever happened, you’re not getting it from me! If you have to cry, GO OUTSIDE!

Perhaps it's something that comes with experience. I'm much more sympathetic than I used to be, but less empathetic, as contradictory as that sounds. I might not be able to feel what other feel, but I can understand how cold and unfair life can be and the damage that does to a person. Listening doesn't cost anything
