this stuff i'm hearing on the news about pregnant women having to go to another hospital

50 or so miles away to give birth because of the shortage of nurses because of their refusal to get the Vaccine and quit their jobs because they don't wanna comply with it being a lawful mandate to happen , wtf ! so hire new nurses not reluctant to get the vaccine , whats the problem or the holdup ?

there's a shortage of nursing staff in the US. part of the problem is that the "traveling nurses" (they work on contract) can make big bucks working next to regular employees that make far less. it's one of those supply and demand situations.

@Pretzel it’s the same shortage world wide.
There’s also the nursing unions that should protect nurses from having to work in dangerous working conditions when they are not vaccinated.
