this stuff i'm hearing on the news about pregnant women having to go to another hospital

50 or so miles away to give birth because of the shortage of nurses because of their refusal to get the Vaccine and quit their jobs because they don't wanna comply with it being a lawful mandate to happen , wtf ! so hire new nurses not reluctant to get the vaccine , whats the problem or the holdup ?

There's always a shortage of nurses, unfortunately, not really easy staff to in many places. Surprising really. They need to get the travel nurses on board.

@HannahSky nurses gotta know almost as much as Doctors these days

@FurryFace they do a lot

@HannahSky maybe trim the criteria a touch so more nurses can pass the exams and Doctors can be Doctors

@FurryFace the health system demands a lot from them

@HannahSky maybe a little too much

@HannahSky Travel is currently suffering from Covid restrictions.

@justanothername even through the states which I think they are.. There's exceptions for medical staff..it's been that way, there's just always a shortage.

@HannahSky there are exceptions for medical staff but the degrees of complication between countries is still quite high when you include quarantine travel.

@justanothername Doesn't mean they aren't going or asking for nurses. Places like Africa, Southeast Asia, Eastern Mediterranean regions, and parts of Latin America, are in need.. There's a global shortage, not only in the US, which has been short for years and years. Some people are willing to go, if they can leave what they have here.
