Why does my aunt get upset when I don’t tell her things?

I mean I’ll tell her how I’m doing but like when I didn’t tell her about some certain things, she’s call me out and say I leave her out of things and it really hurts her feelings after what she’s done for me. She said it hurts that her favorite niece leaves her out of things and she yelled at me for it. She really called me out BIG time. Nobody was around when that happened. I apologize to her and said I should have told her. She knows I’m autistic and I don’t like being yelled at and she needs to take it easy. She told me to stop using my autism as an excuse and it doesn’t bother me.
