How can I not despise myself after how I turned out, despite all my efforts

What do I really have to show for myself, not much really.

Maybe hate myself is too light it should be beyond that.

@Spoiledbrat I keep doing my best but despite my efforts I seem to be getting no where. In certain areas of my life i have completely given up in other I seem to barely keep hanging on.
