i actually pronounce the t in tsunami and the p in psychology

@Bados Lots of people make errors, even native English speakers. We have people who don't seem to realize the the "T" in "Often" is silent, and people who insert the letter "R" in words like "Wash" and "Squash". We also have people,(mostly in Boston), who remove the "R" in words like "Car" and "Park"
