I think it's weird that Im 41 years old, have been employed my whole adult life and have never once been drug tested.

And I wonder... Is this because Im a little white woman? Is this part of my white privilege?

I have been drug tested several times.
I’m multi-racial, but didn’t know that until a couple of years ago via a DNA test (I thought I was white....which does account for over 80% of my ancestry).
