I think it's weird that Im 41 years old, have been employed my whole adult life and have never once been drug tested.

And I wonder... Is this because Im a little white woman? Is this part of my white privilege?

I am white, male and 69. I have never been drug tested. But my employer does not do that. The women and minorities who work here would not be drug tested by my employer either.
