I think it's weird that Im 41 years old, have been employed my whole adult life and have never once been drug tested.

And I wonder... Is this because Im a little white woman? Is this part of my white privilege?

Actually that isnt true 🤔

I was when I was receiving psychiatric treatment for problems caused by drugs.

That being said, I'm not American and that sort of thing isn't as common here
